Shocking! Ogun Man Arrested Transporting Wife’s Corpse on Motorcycle


In a disturbing incident from Ogun State, a man was recently arrested for allegedly transporting his wife’s corpse on a motorcycle. The suspect, identified as Godonu Lowe from Omolende Village, Ilaro, was intercepted by the Ogun State Police Command during a stop-and-search operation in the Ilaro area of Yewa South LGA.

Police reported that the corpse, discovered in a sack tied to the back of the motorcycle, bore marks of violence, including bleeding around the neck. A blood-stained cutlass was also recovered at the scene, suggesting possible foul play.

Authorities have taken the suspect into custody, and the corpse has been evacuated to the morgue in Ilaro for preservation and autopsy. Investigations are ongoing, and police have urged anyone with additional information to come forward.
