A heartbreaking incident has shocked Yobe State after a 22-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a 4-year-old girl in Jakusko Local Government Area. According to police reports, the suspect—who was confirmed to be HIV-positive—was taken into custody following community alerts and quick action by the Yobe State Police Command.
