U.S. religious freedom advocate Sean Nelson, Legal Counsel for Global Religious Freedom at ADF International, has praised the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for its courageous stance against the growing persecution of Christians across Nigeria.

In a public statement, Nelson expressed his support for CAN’s firm response to the ongoing violence, kidnappings, and attacks targeting Christian communities, particularly in Nigeria’s North and Middle Belt regions.
